Have to agree completely. NG2 is an excellent action game, & lol, IMHO after playing it, I would rather play it than Sigma although it's a great game too. The only disappointment to me has been the story, but no NG game has had a AAA story anyway, thats just not what it's all about. Its gonna be hard to find time between NG2 & MGS4 for anything else... lol
Personally I dont need reviews to motivate me to buy a Ninja Gaiden game. I already know all the strengths & weaknesses like all the other NG games. Best action game out there this gen.
Day 1 purchase for me.
Well, I bought the Ps3 version. It had the freezing issue so I eBayed it. I gamefly'd the 360 version originally for comparison & ended up buying because it had no issues for me. And I have clocked more than 80 hours in the game at least with some 8 hours days in there & never a problem.
I'm sure ppl are getting RROD on ocassion, but I dont know what it has to do with GTA except extended playing hours. I dont know about the MP freezes, Ive played a few mp maps without a...

Man is it dead. I played GTA for like 8 hours yesterday & it never froze. I guess it's dead. Ninja Gaiden 2, Too Human, Fable 2, Gears of War 2.... nobody will buy those games, surely MGS4 will outsell Gears & everyone will throw their Xbox 360 away. No one wants private chat, messages, & friend invites in game that work. No one wants all the movies, game content, dlc & free demos on xbl.

R1 doesnt even compare to Gears 1 in my opinion, I dont care what the features are. I dont care if R2 has 100,000 players on the same map, it's still all gonna get pwned by Gears 2.

Frankly, i got both machines & I'd say so far this gen, "teh powa" of both of them is OVERRATED. I cant remember a time with so many games that have framerate issues, clipping, popups, bad textures, major delays, required HDD streaming... shoot most of these "next gen" games seem...
The screenshots look great, but watching the gameplay video on my HDTV at home looks even better. This game is going to be HUGE.

I agree. I personally didnt expect Ninja Gaiden to be a AAA story, or to have a camera that worked = none of the others did. It's ALL about the gameplay & I'm pleased it hasn't changed.

Lol, you are right when you said "god of war didnt create the greek mythology". Im surprized there arent more big budget games that are made in this sort of era utilizing the rich storytelling of Greek Mythology. Alot of subpar games like this one, Conan, Beowolf, ect. = but no big budget AAA types, I can't figure it when God of War was so successful.

Metal Gear 1 is *definately* in my top 5 games of all time. Man, that game blew my mind. I know it'll never happen, but I wish we could take games like MGS 1 & KOTOR 1 rerelease them with updated graphics & controls on a next gen system. I know it's a pipe dream that'll never happen, but I'd pay big for those two titles.
